We will be holding back a restocking 5% fee for "accidental or buyers remorse purchases" and under no circumstances will be refunding your shipping charge.
Furthermore, please note that we are uploading product photos and resale pricing on an ongoing basis. At times, there may be a delay in uploading product photos and resale pricing while authenticating items. As stated above, please be sure to ask all questions prior to your purchase.

We are a showroom and office space, all in one ... we are not a traditional retailer which is why we ask for appointments to be made. We are thrilled to share our showroom space with you, when you either book an appointment or announce yourself. Our business is designed to be online. Therefore, our drop offs and pick-ups are appreciated by appointment to give you the attention and time that you deserve. Daily and weekly announcements are made on social media with respect to showroom hours. We are delighted to accommodate your schedule when/if possible. If you are unavailable to come to the showroom during the identified hours, we welcome you to shop online!
